Interim Business Support
Urgent company profile improvements, brochures, presentations, events, certificates, banners, course announcements, and selected digital designs.

Strategic Roadmap · 2026
Prepared for Innovera
An integrated 24-week program balancing immediate business support with the development and rollout of a complete brand, content, communication, and digital ecosystem.
This roadmap is an initial high-level planning framework. Detailed deliverables, priorities, and timing will be refined during project initiation.
Program Logic
The program runs as four parallel tracks, coordinated by a continuous governance layer.
Urgent company profile improvements, brochures, presentations, events, certificates, banners, course announcements, and selected digital designs.
Brand audit, architecture, positioning, messaging, visual identity enhancement, guidelines, and master templates.
Corporate content, Academy content, service architecture, course-data normalization, profiles, catalogs, brochures, presentations, and event materials.
Website audit, content architecture, sitemap, UX, wireframes, UI design, development, testing, and launch.
Continuous prioritization, review cadence, approval management, and coordination across all four workstreams for the full 24 weeks.
These four workstreams do not run separately. They overlap by design: interim support keeps the business active while strategy is defined, brand decisions release the content system, content and course data unlock the website, and the website consumes the outputs of all three. Each track provides inputs the others depend on, and every handover point is planned rather than incidental.

Critical Intersections
A small number of approvals govern the pace of the whole program. Each one unlocks a defined chain of downstream work.
Weeks 1–8
Core Asset Ecosystem
Separating the assets keeps each document short, purposeful, and independently updatable.
Corporate positioning, ecosystem, services, sectors, partnerships, clients, achievements, and case studies.
Academy proposition, learning methodology, audiences, partnerships, learning tracks, and credentials.
Structured overview of all available courses organized by learning track.
A short commercial document that can be updated without redesigning the full course catalog.
Detailed modular sheets for individual courses or learning tracks.
Adaptable presentation for corporate, government, university, and partnership meetings.
Roll-ups, booth graphics, flyers, badges, certificates, screens, and digital event assets.
Governance and Planning Notes
These principles govern sequencing, approvals, and the relationship between interim work and the enhanced brand system.
The first eight weeks are a controlled interim-support period.
Interim deliverables use the existing logo and a provisional visual direction.
Content structure can begin before the identity is finalized.
Final visual execution depends on approval of the enhanced identity.
Website UX can overlap with brand development, but final UI depends on the approved identity.
Course information must be validated before publishing profiles, catalogs, brochures, or website pages.
The complete requirements document should be treated as a prioritized asset backlog, not a single-phase delivery commitment.
Two consolidated revision rounds should be planned for each major deliverable.
